Shipping Policy

Please note all prices are listed in US dollars

 

Please be aware, COVID-19 has now impacted all shipping methods, causing significant delays. We are unable to guarantee delivery times for any order. 

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days after they are processed online, however during busier times leading up to Christmas, dispatch times can take longer. If you request changes to your order after its been placed, it may delay the dispatch date.  

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and costs are charged based on weight of the order. Charges will be calculated upon checkout.

Pebble Stationery Co does not despatch orders domestically (within Australia) on weekends and Western Australian Public Holidays. Obviously, if there are acts of God, then we won’t be able to ship during these either.

All Domestic orders include 10% GST, which is collected for the Australian Government. 

Where available, a tracking number will be provided upon confirmation of shipping. A tracking number is issued when your package has been packed and processed and is often physically picked up by the postal service within 1 business day of processing. 

International Shipping

We are able to ship to the following international destinations from our international warehouse, based in China, through the China Post E-Packet service (or SF-Express):

Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States of America, Vietnam.

 

If shipping times are of the utmost importance, we urge you to use Express, which is available for all international destinations. If your location is not listed, please get in touch with us and we can offer you a shipping quotation.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are provided as a guide only, not a guarantee. Actual delivery timeframes may differ due to customs issues (particularly in the UK and Europe), special events and circumstances out of our control. Once an order is dispatched, Pebble Stationery Co is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.

A note to non Australian purchasers: Your country's government or customs office may charge you customs duty or import tax on your shipment. As the importer, you are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by your respective government. Packages may be held up at your local post office if taxes or charges are due, which is out of the control of Pebble Stationery Co.  Unfortunately Pebble Stationery Co. is unable to assist or provide any information about possible duties and charges as they vary from country to country and can change without notice. Please consult your customs office for further information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

DHL: DHL deliveries will require a signature upon delivery and may be held at your local DHL office if you are not available at the time of delivery.

EU Customers

We ship to the EU under the Shopper pays the import VAT model. The customer is responsible for VAT upon the packages entry into the EU and pays the courier or shipping company directly. 

If the customer refuses to pay the VAT, the package is discarded at the border, due to the high costs associated with handling and returning the package - therefore no refund on the original purchase can be offered if you refuse to pay import VAT.
